History of the Property:

The property was a cattle farm for many decades and was purchased by the current owners in the 1960’s where it continued to be run as a cattle ranch. It had an internal gravel road that has been in place for over 70 years. In the 1990s the son (current owner) was keen on protecting land and started a reforestation process. Over 30,000 trees were planted, including Teak, Pochote, Melina, Cocobolo, and Ron Ron among others. In August 2008 two wells were officially drilled and registered.
