The Space
Set at the end of a private gated road, this luxurious modern masterpiece is a magical space surrounded by pristine rainforest. The house boasts four bedrooms, all with ocean views and balconies looking out over the surrounding garden or jungle. Sliding doors allow you to enjoy ocean breezes or close them and adjust the air conditioning to suit your comfort. Three of the bedrooms have king beds, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for kids with two single beds and a sleeping loft. The twin beds can also be pushed together to accommodate guests’ needs.

Each bedroom has its own spacious en suite bathroom, and the master bathroom even boasts a gorgeous stone tub imported from Bali. The lower-level bedrooms have both indoor or outdoor showers in the garden, allowing you to pamper yourself while taking in the surrounding tropical beauty.

The 2-level open floor plan allows for lots of space for guests to spread out and many open spaces to gather all together. The upstairs living area, master bedroom, and second bedroom are all located on the main floor, decorated with custom local artwork and hand-carved murals. There is an extra half bath and an office space off of the upstairs balcony as well. High-speed, fiber optic internet access throughout the property. Winding custom wood staircase leads you down to the ground floor where the spacious kitchen overlooks a covered outdoor dining room set next to the infinity pool, outdoor cooking space, and another half bath. The kitchen is well stocked with high-end appliances including an espresso machine for you to fully enjoy the delicious Costa Rican coffee.
