336 ACRES – Ocean View Agricultural Farm With African Oil Palms, Hardwoods, And Organic Gardens!!!

Pacific River Palms, “Palmas” is a 336 -acre fully operational (ocean access and view) integrated agricultural estate focusing on the cultivation of a mix of tropical crops– 85% organic and 15% traditional. We currently have a variety of fruits trees and vegetables that provide food for our employees and visitors.

The land was originally a Melina tree farm. There is still some harvesting but our primary commercial crop at the moment is the palm oil tree, planted to help fund the endeavor.  We are preparing the land to plant additional commercial crops such as coconuts, bamboo, pineapples, papaya, bananas, and cacao (chocolate trees). Creating an organic fruit forest,  Palmas isself-sustainable in terms of food production, fresh drinking water and natural solar energy. 

Palmas enjoys stunning Pacific Ocean View and Ocean access by boat through protected mangrove estuary river systems. We have numerous wild animals living in our jungle reserves areas. We have created an impact investment opportunity through Palmas support of local education and community roads and bridges. We focus on using best practices respecting established cultural norms, proper use of local materials and fostering growth of the earth/soil.
