This two bedroom house with a pool is at the end of a dirt road on 3 acres of land filled with trees, flowers and beautiful ocean views. It’s a private and peaceful location but also close to town.

The first floor is an open concept, perfect for watching toucans and monkeys go by as you relax in the pool or lounge on the wooden deck. In this area, you will find the kitchen with full appliances and an outdoor dining table overlooking the garden and pool. There is also a covered garage when you pull in, full laundry room on the back of the house, a portable BBQ to set in the front or side of the house, and half bathroom and outdoor shower for when you return from the beach.

Upstairs are two bedrooms, each with private entrance from the balcony. The master bedroom is a large room with a king size bed, private balcony, and en suite bathroom.
