This house has little details everywhere from blackout shades to the beautiful staircase to multiple outdoor terraces. Lagunas Estate also includes your own wine bar. It’s all about luxury. It comes fully furnished and includes all of the appliances and linens too.

The designer used an open floor plan for the kitchen. The gourmet kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and white countertops. It also features seating at the kitchen island for 8 people. The living room is inviting and cozy and features a grey sectional couch, an additional grey couch and a large flat-screen TV on the wall. This is the perfect set-up to relax in on cooler, rainy days. We’ve even included a gaming console and video games for your entertainment. The living room opens up to the outdoor dining area.

Lagunas Estate features four spacious master bedroom suites. Each of the bedrooms includes a king-size bed, luxurious linens, and an ensuite bathroom. They also each have a private balcony with furniture, perfect for sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Some of the balconies feature wooden hammocks, chairs, and tables. The primary master includes a TV attached to your footboard that slides away when you prefer to gaze at the view. It also includes a wooden desk for catching up on work. The second and third bedrooms are similar and include a large screen TV on the front wall and bedside lights for reading. The fourth bedroom can accommodate up to six guests since it includes optional twin bunks and a queen Murphy bed too. Each of the ensuite bathrooms includes a double vanity, lots of storable, and a double rain shower. It even includes a comfortable bench and plants to make it feel like a spa. There is also an upstairs terrace living room, ideal for those rainy days when you still want to enjoy your lush rainforest.

The guest house features two bedrooms and full ensuite bathrooms with double vanity and a rain shower. It features a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a gas range, and wooden cabinetry. It also includes white granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for four. The comfortable living room opens up to a spacious outdoor area. The guest house includes its own swimming pool and lounge area, which is ideal for seeing the lush rainforest.

You’ll need a 4X4 vehicle to get to this secluded retreat and through all the trails but it’s worth it. There is a covered carport and a shed for plenty of sports equipment. The front entry includes a gravel entry and local, colorful plants and trees. It’s been landscaped and maintained beautifully.
Lagunas Estate features a wonderful outdoor area, beginning with the outdoor terrace. It includes a BBQ station and a white dining room table with seating for 10. There is plenty of umbrellas and loungers to relax around the saltwater pool and hot tub. In fact, there is a cool waterfall feature in the pool that cascades into the hot tub. There is even in-pool seating, where you can just sit in the pool with a cold beverage and watch the sunset.
Our favorite part of this property is the outdoor features. They allow you to become one with nature. This property includes 9 acres of pristine hiking trails and 10 private flowing waterfalls. There is so much to explore. All you need is some hiking gear, boots, and your swimsuit since there are some private swimming holes too. You may even see some monkeys, iguanas, and toucans. While you may never want to leave this luxury estate, there is a lot to do nearby.

Lagunas Estate is located only a few minutes from Dominical and several outdoor adventures. Dominical is known for its surfing, especially at Playa Dominical beach, where it offers some of the largest waves in the country. Beginning surfers may prefer surfing at Dominicalito, where the waves don’t reach as high. Dominical features many other eco-adventures, such as zip-lining through the jungle and spotting wildlife such as sloths or monkeys or hiking to the beautiful Nauyaca Waterfalls.
